Returns Policy
If any catalogue items are not required for any reason we will be happy to replace them or to refund their value provided that:
(a) They are returned to us carriage paid, unused, within 10 days of delivery, otherwise the goods become payable;
(b) Our invoice relating to the goods become paid by the due date;
(c) A written note is enclosed quoting the invoice number, and stating the reason for the garments being returned. The return of incorrectly ordered garments may be subject to a 35% handling charge relating to admin costs. This policy does not apply to altered or personalised garments.
Claims
Claims must be made to us within 48 hours of invoice date for any goods lost or damaged in transit. B&M Supplies Ltd will not entertain any claims made later than this deadline.
Refused deliveries
B&M Supplies Ltd reserve the right to apply a carriage charge plus handling at a rate of 5% on any order which has been entered for delivery and then subsequently refused.
Title
Title of goods shall not pass from B&M Supplies Ltd to the customer for any goods until all debts owed, including any balanced existing at the time of delivery are settled. The risk shall pass to the buyer on delivery
